I sent a low resolution image, which printed poorly, I wish they had caught this when they sent the proof, becase the proof looked good but the actual label looked bad. When I asked them about it they said I provided a low resolution image, which I did not realize, but had hoped they would have caught when providing the proof, as they said they knew it was low resolution and spent 30 minutes tryinig to improve it. I could have sent them a higher resolution, I didn't realize that I exported it in such a low resolution from Adobe Illustrator.
