I also loved how honest they were, as I placed my order we had entered the postal strike. They were quick to let me know there would be a delay and asked how I would like to proceed. Either cancel or they would ship as soon as the strike was over. I love their labels so much so I decided to to have them shipped as soon as the strike was over. They were very informative at letting me know when things were back on track and my order was shipped promptly.
