CARE: Machine washable delicate cycle, tumble dry low
Unfinished Edges - 1/4" Seam allowance is added around the label design and edges are pinked. Seam allowance should be turned under prior to sewing down the label.
Label is a single layer of cotton fabric printed with your design. Label does not come with edges turned under or sewn (you must do this yourself).
Sew on Backing - Label back is laminated to seal the cotton fibers and prevent the raw edges of the cotton fabric from fraying. Label edges do not need to be turned under before sewing onto item. Either hand- or machine-sew the label onto the item to attach.
Label can be ironed prior to sewing to hold label in place, but this is optional.
Regular Iron-on - Lighter adhesive iron-on backing for yarn and delicate fabrics. Requires application with a hot, dry iron for 3 seconds. Let cool completely before moving the item to ensure good adhesion.
Heavy Iron-on - Stronger adhesive iron-on for cotton and sturdy fabrics. Requires application with a hot, dry iron for 15 full seconds using pressure. Let cool completely before moving item to ensure good adhesion.
1- Choose your label's type of attachment (see attachment options above for descriptions of attachment types)
2- Add your personalization in the "Your Text Here" boxes and change the font and font size to get your labels just right. Type "blank" to leave a line blank.
3- Design Adjustments - The product personalizer does not allow for vertical adjustment of text lines, so if you'd like a designer to adjust your label design we can do that! See below for full description of adjustment options
4- Add your order to the cart. Leave us any special requests in the "notes to seller" box at checkout.
1- If you are happy with your design, select option one and we will print exactly as shown in your preview
2 - if you would like us to adjust your design and send to production without delay, select option two (no proof will be emailed but design spacing and sizing will be adjusted by a designer to ensure a balanced label design)
3 - If you would like us to adjust your design and email you a digital proof for approval, select option three. This option will add 2 days to production time, plus any time it takes for your approval/change requests to be sent. We will hold your order until you approve your design by email (up to 2 weeks), so please check your email and respond quickly to prevent shipping delays!
LABEL PRODUCTION: takes approximately 2-4 business days after ordering + any proof time.
SHIPPING: Your order will be shipped from either Port Huron, Michigan, USA or Sarnia, Ontario, Canada depending on the order destination.
