Cotton label set printed with your image or logo (min. 300 dpi RGB recommended). Labels are printed with permanent textile ink in full color. Laminated backing prevents cotton labels from fraying.

Attachments
SEW ON: Hand or machine sew onto most fabrics and knitwear. There’s no need to turn under the edges—the laminated backing seals the cotton fibers to prevent fraying.
REGULAR IRON ON: Apply with a hot iron for about 3 seconds. Ideal for yarn and delicate fabrics. This uses a lighter adhesive than our heavy iron-on option.
HEAVY IRON ON: Apply with a hot iron for 15 seconds. This provides a stronger hold and is recommended for cotton fabrics.

How to Order Personalized Tags
1. Select your label finish, cutting style, attachment type, and size by choosing the options you’d like.
2. Upload your image using the Upload Image button. You can use the tool to adjust the orientation or resize your logo on the label.
3. When your design looks the way you want, add your order to the cart. You can also leave any special instructions at checkout. A design proof is not emailed unless you request one at the time of ordering. If we run into any issues with image resolution or readability, we’ll contact you by email.
Design Adjustments
1. If your design looks exactly how you want it, choose Option 1 and we will print it as shown in your preview.
2. If you’d like a designer to clean up the spacing or sizing and send it straight to production, choose Option 2. No proof will be emailed, but we will make small adjustments to ensure your label prints beautifully.
3. If you prefer to review a proof before we print, choose Option 3. We’ll adjust your design and email you a proof for approval. Please note this adds about 2 extra days to production time, plus any additional time needed for your feedback and approval.

FLAT TAGS: One-sided cotton labels with a laminated backing to prevent fraying.
UNCUT: Labels arrive on a ready-to-cut sheet. Simply use scissors or a rotary cutter and ruler, following the cutting guides printed in the corners of each label.
PRECUT: Labels arrive fully cut and ready to use.
TAG MATERIAL: Finely woven white cotton with a fray-proof laminated backing.
PRINTING:Printed with permanent, vibrant textile ink.
CARE: Machine wash on a delicate cycle and tumble dry on low.
Production and Shipping
LABEL PRODUCTION:
Please allow 2–4 business days for your labels to be made after your order is placed, plus any additional time needed for proofing (if requested).
SHIPPING:
Orders ship from either Port Huron, Michigan (USA) or Sarnia, Ontario (Canada), depending on the destination.
Estimated shipping times and costs:

USA: 3–7 business days, tracked via USPS. Shipping starts at $5.00 USD.

Canada: 5–7 business days, untracked via Canada Post. Shipping is $2.50 USD.
