This was a new item, but I had already ordered a different item from EverEmblem. I chose to order my new custom labels with them because I loved the way my quilt labels turned out. They were responsive and contacted me about my proof and a note I had put in the order comments. Everything was wonderful and because I'm only about an hour and a half away, the labels showed up in my mail super fast!
